Is it dangerous to use a laptop with a swollen battery?

Yes. A swollen battery can damage the trackpad and case and, in extreme cases, catch fire. Stop using it, do not puncture or press it, and bring it in as soon as possible.

My laptop has an internal battery, do you replace those too?

Yes. Most current laptops have the battery inside the machine and it has to be opened to replace it; that is part of the service.

What warranty does the battery have?

A 3-month written warranty on the battery and its installation. It does not cover later liquid damage or drops.
