What we check
- Whether video fails on the internal screen, the external monitor or both (screen and cable vs. GPU).
- GPU power supply on the motherboard: regulators, voltage rails and shorts.
- Thermal condition of the graphics chip and its video memory (VRAM).
- Temperature history: a GPU that failed from heat fails again if the cause is not fixed.

Frequently asked questions
Is it the GPU or the screen?
The first thing we try is an external monitor. If there is no image there either, the fault is the GPU or motherboard; if there is, it is the screen or its cable, a simpler repair.
Can just the graphics card be replaced in a gaming laptop?
In almost all laptops the GPU is soldered to the motherboard, not swappable like in a desktop. That is why the repair is electronic: its power supply, memory or chip are repaired depending on the case.
How much is the diagnosis?
The electronic diagnosis has a fee we confirm on WhatsApp; if you repair with us, it is credited toward the total.
What warranty does it have?
