Could it just be the charger?
Yes, and it is the first thing we rule out. Bring it with your charger; if we have a compatible one, we test it too. Do not use lower-wattage generic chargers: they damage the charging circuit.
My laptop shuts down when I unplug the charger?
That points to the battery or the circuit that manages it. We measure it; sometimes it is the battery, sometimes the board, and the price is very different.
How much is the diagnosis?
The electronic diagnosis has a fee we confirm on WhatsApp; if you repair with us, it is credited toward the total.
What warranty does it have?
A 6-month written warranty on electronic repairs; if only the charging connector or battery is replaced, 3 months on the part and installation.
